Good draw night! I felt like drawing some violence today, breaking necks is fun to draw. The She-Silver Surfer was just going to be a lady but she ended up with a stance that looked like she could be balancing on a surfboard, so there ya go. I wanted to draw a smiley dimpled Hulk again, poor She-hulk is trying with all her might to no avail. They always have She-hulk punching people in the comics but COME ON she’s a GIRL, she should be pulling hair all the time. Kidding.

she-hulkk
Then I thought I’d draw more females but again it turned violent. The monster didn’t have any hair to pull so she went for the flesh!

I wanted to end the night with MORE violence but for some reason the drawing turned into this. I don’t know where I went wrong. Maybe my subconscious was sick of fighting, he wanted piggyback rides.

Thanks!

Hilarious as always, Ryan. The piggy back is pleasingly over-the-top! Your creature creation is second-to-none also. I’ve gotta start one of those local draw nights here, but I don’t know anyone else interested in comic art/landscapes, etc. :(

    Ahahaha!

I love the nonchalant look on the monsters face as it’s being ripped off.

The piggy back ride is also gold :)

Also, thanks to your draw nights I’m hoping to get some local comic folks together to do some doodlerising too!

Love the draw night posts. Also, I’m curious about the “My Neighbor Totoro” written at the bottom. Great movie!

Look at all you guys wanting to start draw night! Too cool. Thanks guys.

Jeff- Alan Tew was drawing some Totoro sketches and he said I need to see “My neighbor Totoro”, I’m a fan of Mononoke and Spirited away and the others so he said I’d love this one too. You should check Alan’s site, his Totoro sketches are awesome.

Jon you can count me in for a Draw Night, anytime, anyplace. Preferably at night though or we will have to call it Draw Day or Draw Afternoon, which isn’t as catchy. I love the musculature on the guy doin the neck twisting.

I would SO kill for one of these. Man, these are REALLY nice. You have a knack for doing these. Perhaps you should consider selling them from your site…
