San Diego Comic Con was Totally Awesome For Sure!

THANK you thank you! For all those that stopped by to say HI, or buy whatever I was pedaling,  I thank you.  I had a great time, I met TONS of awesome people this year. Tons of artists who I have always admired, I couldn’t have asked for a better con.

I have ONE request for anyone that got a sketch from me, scan it or take a nice digital photo of it and send it to me! Please, I would love to share them with everyone on here and Deviantart.

Also I apologize to those that couldn’t get on my list. I was a little freaked when my whole list filled up completely on preview night, I thought “maybe I should just do quick sketches from now on?” But I don’t know. I’m thinking of opening up some commissions soon, I have tons of  blank Marvel original art cards I need to get rid of. So keep an eye out for when I mention those are available, it’ll be soon.

HAUNT was well received so far, those SDCC exclusive previews sold well and I hope people are liking it. Here’s a photo of Me, Robert Kirkman, and Todd McFarlane at our HAUNT signing, and a few other things I did for SDCC. Later!

I am a big fan of Invincible (you can chek with all the posts at my blog here : http://comixheroes.canalblog.com/tag/invincible)
And I organize an ilustrated challenge called Summer challenge (previous illustrated challenges here :http://comixheroes.canalblog.com/archives/defis_illustres/index.html).
The goal : draw your favorite characters, dressed for beach party, without costume.
Maybe in your drawing sessions, you could try it…

    Hey Ryan-

If you do open up for commissions, would the announcement be through here or deviantart first? I’d like to be in on that.

  10. Brandon says:

I’m with Ginchy! I’ve kicked myself for not getting one from you when you were at Heroes a few years back, but I was just getting into Invincible at the time, so I was just discovering how good you are! Besides, my my wall is just begging for an Atom Eve! :)
